Individual Volunteer

If you are ......

• Aged 21 or above
• Mature and independent
• Willing to support our service

Please apply to be an Individual Volunteer.

Group Volunteer

If your group is willing to provide service on a regular and continuous basis and fits the following requirements:

• Registered bodies
• Members are 16 years old or above
• Providing service on a continuous basis, at least 3 times within 3 months

Please complete the Group Volunteer Application Form and mail/fax to the Home. We will contact your group if there is service need.
