The mirco film titled Photosynthesis was produced by S.K.H St. Christopher’s Home in celebration of its 90th anniversary, and a screening and panel discussion session of Photosynthesis was held today. More than 130 guests attended, including Legislative Council members, corporate partners, industry representatives, actors, the film crew, as well as board members and staff members of the Home.

The event was officiated by The Revd Canon Peter Douglas Koon Ho-ming, SBS, OStJ, JP, Chairman of the Council of S.K.H St. Christopher’s Home; The Hon Tang Ka-piu , BBS, JP, Legislative Council Member; Miss Judy Chan Ka-pui ,MH, JP, Legislative Council Member; and Ms Nikki Ng, BBS, Director of Philanthropy of Sino Group and Director of the Ng Teng Fong Charitable Foundation. The officiating guests lit up lights of hope at the opening ceremony, while all guests turned on their mobile phones’ flashlight at the same time. The lights twinkled like stars and brightened the dark theatre, symbolizing our joint efforts to lighting up the future of children in adversity by love.
