Program Objectives

To create a nurturing environment, establish individualized development plans, and provide continuous support to connect the service users with community resources and to help them build self-confidence and social capital for their overall growth.

Program Highlights

• Trajectory Development Manager (TDM)

Each service user is assigned a dedicated TDM who works with them to establish personalized development plans. TDMs accompany and support service users in facing developmental challenges and help them connect with community resources.

• Individualized Development Plan (IDP)

Tailored-made IDPs are based on the "Positive Trajectory Development Framework's" five developmental domains - "Physical and Mental Well-being," "Trusted Partnerships," "Social Resource Network," "Personal Goals," and "Future Navigation Capabilities". The program ensures comprehensive and personalized support for them, guiding them toward positive trajectory development and long-term achievement.

• JC Positive Trajectory Fund

Funded by HKJC, each service users will be offered monthly allowances of up to HK$2,000 for 3-5 years, helping them implement their individualized development plans, achieve goals and unlock their potential.

• Social Capital Platform

Social Capital Platform was set up which connects over 150 organizations to provide structured, long-term support to children and youth, helping them establish a sustainable support network and develop positive identities within the community.
