Program Objectives
The Jockey Club Bright Start Project 2.0 is a four-year professional development initiative (2025–2029) dedicated to enhancing the quality of education and care services for infants and toddlers aged 0–3 in Hong Kong. Through this project, Kiddie Square collaborates with other child care centres and professionals to strengthen edu-care practices, enhance the professional competencies of childcare practitioners, and reinforce community support systems, thereby creating a more nurturing and high-quality environment for children and their families.

- Application and assessment of the Infant/Toddler Environment Rating Scale–Revised (ITERS-R®)
- Implementation of the “Child Discovery” Learning Framework
