Program Objectives

To design service models that meet the needs of children aged 0-3 years in our Home’s Kiddie Square and other child care centers (CCC) of Hong Kong. The project provides comprehensive support for CCC educarer and parents, including staff training, multi-disciplinary team care, parent education and engagement, and community network development, aiming to enhance infant and toddler care services in Hong Kong.

Core Project Components

• Capacity Building: Design educarer training program and educarer resources kit.
• Holistic Child Care: Develop digital platform, provide digitalized training and set up multidisciplinary team.
• Parents involvement and training: Provide parent empowerment program and parent resources kit.
• Learning Community: Organize public talks and establish knowledge hub.
